The “Nationalsozialistischer Untergrund” (NSU) lived undetected in Chemnitz and Zwickau for more than ten years from 1998 to 2011. From here, they killed ten people and injured and traumatized dozens of others through bomb attacks and robberies. According to the investigations so far, they committed the murders mainly in the old federal states (with the exception of Rostock) and the robberies in the new federal states, especially in south-west Saxony. In Zwickau and Chemnitz alone, the NSU stole more than EUR 260,000 to finance its crimes.
In solidarity with all victims and those affected by the NSU-Komplex, the relatives of the dead, the survivors of the attacks in Nuremberg, Probsteigasse (Cologne), Heilbronn and Keupstraße (Cologne), the victims and survivors of the robberies in Chemnitz, Zwickau, Stralsund, Arnstadt and Eisenach.
