The C.munities are open, moderated meetings as part of the Assembly program, where your voices take center stage.

We invite international associations, migrant organizations, and communities from Chemnitz, all of Saxony, and beyond—from across Germany. Join us to discuss your current challenges, plans, and goals on an equal footing—and let’s work together to see how we can effectively support you and build a strong, sustainable network.

Our approach is straightforward: You reach out to us—we listen to what’s holding you back—and we bring the necessary resources, expertise, tailored solutions, and key contacts to work with you to implement stable structures and concrete solutions for your practice.

Our Process:

1. The Meeting: Discussion & Needs Assessment

• What happens here? We come together—either at our offices in Chemnitz or, for maximum flexibility, online. This is where your practical experience and our structural expertise come together. In this dynamic exchange, we share perspectives as equals and make our first important connections.
• The goal: We’re getting right down to the nitty-gritty: What specific challenges is your community—or individual members—facing as a result? Where exactly is support needed, and what form should that support take? Your answers will form the foundation for the next steps.

2. Implementation: From Analysis to Proposals and Structures

• What’s going on here? Your voices won’t go unheard—we’ll take immediate action. We’ll take the challenges and needs you’ve shared, organize them together, and turn them into concrete plans.
• The goal: On this basis, we develop, communicate, and establish tailored offerings (such as targeted training, spaces, toolkits, or collaborative events) and open doors to strategic networks. In this way, we create stable structures that specifically address your challenges and strengthen your day-to-day work in a sustainable way.
