What are you doing?
Assembly is an open space for exchange, art and change. People who are committed to justice and social change meet here. In particular, groups that are often overlooked find space here.
Discussions, creative projects and remembrance work are created to make social problems visible – and to develop impulses for a fairer future.
Why is this important?
Many people and their stories have not been heard for a long time. Assembly creates space to talk about racism, discrimination and violence – and to find solutions. People should feel safe here and be able to share their experiences.
Together, we want to shape change – for a fairer society in which everyone is heard and respected.
Can I take part?
Yes! Assembly offers open formats where you can get involved:
At Creative Tools, we want to keep stories alive – here you can share experiences and express yourself creatively.
In the Discursive Saloon, we talk openly about the NSU-Komplex and ways to achieve more justice.
Once a month, we build bridges to strengthen migrant initiatives in their work.
And in the C.munities series, we discuss social challenges and develop strategies for a better future.
Why is this exciting for me?
Assembly shows you how important your story and your perspective are. Here you can learn, listen and express yourself creatively – or talk to others about topics that are important to you, such as racism, living together or remembrance.
It is a place to shape the future together.
